Moving using Storage Containers

The last time I moved, it was super easy because I rented a storage container unit.
I did not drive, except to get more beer. Simply stated it was just a matter of packing my stuff up into a hundred cardboard boxes and then walking these boxes into the container which sat on the driveway in front of my home.

When I got tired, I simply closed the rolling door and locked it, when inside my home and took a nap, never fearing for the security of my stuff because I knew the super strong container unit would protect my valuables.

The container has this transparent roof skin that allowed lots of daylight inside so I did not have to use light bulbs to see what I was doing as I packed the unit. Anyway, after the storage container was filled, I phoned UNITS Portable Storage and they sent a truck and driver out, picked up the storage container, and shipped it over to my new home.

I drank a six pack and went to bed. Now the next day I drove across town to my new house to start the unpacking but believe me, having done this in the past using Uhaul rentals, renting a storage container was far easier and just a little bit cheaper !
